Mark Heppenstall
Mr. Heppenstall has more than 35 years of fixed-income and insurance asset management experience, with an established track record of success for institutional investors. Mr. Heppenstall served as President and Chief Investment Officer of Penn Mutual Asset Management, a $40 billion asset manager specializing in fixed-income and alternative assets investment activity. Before joining Penn Mutual Asset Management, Mr. Heppenstall served as the Managing Director of Fixed Income for the Pennsylvania Public Schools Retirement System (PSERS) from 1998-2014. Mr. Heppenstall earned his Bachelor of Arts in 1984 from Vanderbilt University and Master of Science in Industrial Administration (MSIA) from the Tepper School of Business at Carnegie Mellon University in 1987. Mr. Heppenstall earned his Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation in 1991.
