Mr. Heppenstall has more than 35 years of fixed-income and insurance asset management experience, with an established track record of success for institutional investors. Mr. Heppenstall served as President and Chief Investment Officer of Penn Mutual Asset Management, a $40 billion asset manager specializing in fixed-income and alternative assets investment activity. Before joining Penn Mutual Asset Management, Mr. Heppenstall served as the Managing Director of Fixed Income for the Pennsylvania Public Schools Retirement System (PSERS) from 1998-2014.   Mr. Heppenstall earned his Bachelor of Arts in 1984 from Vanderbilt University and Master of Science in Industrial Administration (MSIA) from the Tepper School of Business at Carnegie Mellon University in 1987. Mr. Heppenstall earned his Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation in 1991.

Larry J. Adams is a seasoned leadership executive with extensive experience in the insurance and financial services industry. He currently serves as Interim CEO of Med-Lake Laboratory, LLC, and is President & Chief Operating Officer of Longevity Quest, Inc., an insurtech startup he co-founded. Previously, Mr. Adams was Senior Vice President & Chief Agency Officer at Ohio National Financial Services, where he led significant growth in all product lines. His career also includes over a decade at Protective Life Insurance Company, where he served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Mr. Adams holds a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing & Computer Science from the University of Montevallo, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude and was a Charter Inductee to the Montevallo Athletics Hall of Fame.

Robert M. Beuerlein is a consulting actuary with RM Beuerlein Consulting since 2013. Previously, he spent 22 years with AIG Life & Retirement Companies, serving as Senior Vice President and Chief Actuary. Mr. Beuerlein’s extensive experience includes roles at Tillinghast and Great Southern Life Insurance Company. He has been active in professional organizations, serving as President of both the American Academy of Actuaries and the Society of Actuaries. Mr. Beuerlein also chaired the 2019 Technical Panel on Assumptions and Methods for the Social Security Advisory Board. He holds a B.S. from the University of Nebraska.

Brian Bomstein serves as Director and General Counsel at Bayview Asset Management, LLC, a position he has held since 2007. In this role, he is responsible for overseeing the corporate Legal and investment Compliance Departments, as well as managing litigation matters and the Internal Audit Department. Mr. Bomstein’s expertise extends to global structuring initiatives and he serves on multiple corporate Boards of Directors within the Bayview family of companies. Prior to his current role, he held positions at Atlantic Gulf Communities Corporation and various law firms. Mr. Bomstein holds a Juris Doctor, Cum Laude, from the University of Miami School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts from Vanderbilt University.

John H. Fischer was Chief Financial Officer of Bayview Asset Management, LLC until his retirement in January 2018. Mr. Fischer joined Bayview in December 1999 and brought valuable experience from his previous role as Vice President and Treasurer of Atlantic Gulf Communities Corporation, a large residential and commercial real estate company. He holds a Master of Business Administration concentrating in finance and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Florida. Mr. Fischer is also a Chartered Financial Analyst, adding to his expertise in financial management and analysis.

Michael J. King is a seasoned mortgage banking professional with over 47 years of experience in various roles. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President of the Mortgage Division for AuburnBank, where he supervised loan operations and production departments. Throughout his career, Mr. King has managed multiple aspects of mortgage banking, including underwriting, processing, delivery, and production. He has worked with numerous lenders in correspondence and wholesale relationships, managing an annual production of $2.5 billion. Mr. King is affiliated with several industry associations, including the Mortgage Bankers Association of Alabama, where he served as President from 2015 to 2016. He holds a BSBA in Business Administration, Finance, and Marketing from Auburn University Montgomery.

David B. O’Maley is the Chairman of OnFlight, Inc., an Embraer Authorized Service Center and aircraft charter company. With a long and successful career in the life insurance industry, Mr. O’Maley previously served as Chairman, President, and CEO of Ohio National Financial Services from 1994 to 2010. He began his insurance career in 1968 and spent 24 years with Life of Virginia in various roles. Mr. O’Maley holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Florida Atlantic University and a master’s degree in financial services from The American College. He is an active pilot with over 7,000 flight hours and was awarded The Wright Brothers Master Pilots Award by the FAA in 2016.

Lori Oswald brings over 30 years of experience in the Financial Services Industry to the board. She retired from Protective Life Corporation, where she managed groups responsible for Accounting Shared Services, including Financial Operations, Budgeting, Financial Reporting, and Master Data Management. Ms. Oswald’s prior experience includes roles at Regions Bank and Price Waterhouse Coopers. She holds an undergraduate degree in Accounting from Georgetown University and received her Certified Public Accountant certification in 1982. Ms. Oswald has served on the board of directors for the Association for Management Information for Financial Services and is currently the Treasurer of Alabama Audubon.

Leslie Smith joined Bayview in 2004 and currently oversees Silver Hill Funding, Bayview’s small-balance commercial lending division, as well as all commercial loan servicing operations. Throughout her career at Bayview, Ms. Smith has held various leadership positions, including managing top-50 correspondent relationships and leading Silver Hill’s expansion into Spanish and German markets. Prior to joining Bayview, she managed a call center for Mercantile Commercebank. Ms. Smith holds an MBA from Nova Southeastern University and a Bachelor’s degree from Florida International University, bringing a strong educational background to her role.
